E-Learning
I design and develop performance-focused eLearning that helps organisations turn knowledge into real-world action. Working closely with stakeholders, I focus on understanding learner needs, defining clear, measurable outcomes, and creating scenario-based, interactive learning that supports decision-making and behaviour in practice. From learning design and storyboarding to development and delivery, I provide end-to-end solutions that are accessible, practical, and aligned to your organisational goals.

Why E-Learning?
E-Learning, when designed effectively, provides a flexible and scalable way to support both compliance and performance.
It allows organisations to deliver consistent, high-quality training while giving learners the space to engage with content in a way that fits their role and environment.
Key benefits include:
Compliance
Ensures essential training is delivered consistently across teams, helping organisations meet regulatory requirements with confidence.
Trackability
Learning can be monitored through completion data and assessments, providing visibility of progress and identifying gaps.
Engagement
Interactive and scenario-based approaches help learners apply knowledge, rather than passively consume it.
Scalabilty
Easily adapted and rolled out across teams, supporting growth without compromising quality.
Accessibility
Training can be accessed anytime, anywhere, allowing learners to engage at the point of need without disrupting day-to-day work.

Case Study: Risk Mitigation at Height
A branching Storyline simulation that puts the learner 25 meters above a shipping terminal on a jammed gantry crane. This scenario moves beyond basic harness checks, forcing learners to navigate real-world pressures: high wind speeds, an aggressive production schedule, and the critical physiological risk of suspension trauma. It is a masterclass in applying the "Hierarchy of Controls" under fire.

Case Study: Permit to Work Compliance
An interactive Articulate Rise module designed to transform Permit to Work (PTW) training from a "tick-box" exercise into a performance-based auditing simulation.

I begin by identifying the core performance problem. Why is the desired behaviour not being performed?
This stage ensures the learning is relevant, targeted, and aligned with organisational goals.
My Development Process: Analysis

Deliver eLearning that
Drives Performance
Go beyond information delivery and create learning that enables confident decision-making and effective action.
From onboarding and systems training to compliance and procedural learning, I design structured, engaging eLearning that helps people understand what to do, apply it with confidence, and perform effectively in environments where clarity and accuracy matter.
